Welcome to the Oregon Voices Survey
The Oregon Voices project, funded by The Ford Family Foundation, aims to engage residents from all corners of our state, especially rural communities, to learn more about the lives of all Oregonians. Results will be used to spark statewide conversations about policies and programs that could affect you, your family and your community. Please help ensure your community has a voice in this effort.
The survey is entirely voluntary. All responses will remain confidential. You can skip questions you don’t want to answer. The survey will take you about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Thank you for your time and for caring about our great state of Oregon.
