The purpose of this survey is to understand experiences and perspectives of Uber and Lyft drivers about their work.  Your responses will be kept confidential and made anonymous. I am a student and this survey is a project for a Portland State University course. I have no relationship to Uber or Lyft. 

The survey should take you around 15 minutes to complete.  You will not be paid to complete it. Your participation is voluntary. This survey may help to increase understanding about the work you do, as well as helping me, a student, to succeed in completing my research.  You have the right to stop at any point, for any reason.
